The Time

There are other ways to tell the time: you have learnt the colloquial way.
►For timetables we usually use the twenty-four-hour clock:
Example: 3:15 ⇒ It's three fifteen
►We can use the expressions: a.m. (ante meridiem = antes del mediodía) p.m. (post meridiem = después del mediodía).
►For times around midnight or midday, you can use the expression midnight or midday instead of the number 12: 00:00 ⇒ midnight / 12:00 ⇒ midday
